3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

I got this to use as an extra treat pouch for messy treats like cheese and meat, and it seems to work well so far. I like the size and the colour and i like that it is much easier to clean than the fabric pouches, i can just clean it with water and soap and i don’t have to put the treats in a separate ziploc bag. I wish the magnet covered a more of the top so that it would close a bit better, but it is easy to get your hand in and quickly take the treats out, it just might nor be ideal if you were going to be taking it on and off a lot and putting it in a bag or something since some smaller pieces or crumbs could fall out from the openings on the top. Overall the value for the price is great, and i would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for something that is easy to clean and access.
