Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

My dog has an allergy to fleas, and even after a course of antibiotics, the allergy returns and goes away on its own. I don’t know what the problem is, but I ordered this ointment to apply when there are redness and irritation on the dog’s skin. By the time the package arrived, the dog’s redness had already gone away and the fur had grown back. I’ll put it in the fridge in case there’s another allergy problem. The ointment looks like in the picture, has a strong but tolerable smell. The only thing that confused me was that the expiration date was only on the packaging box and not on the jar itself. However, the jar was sealed with foil and it was indicated to use within 24 months after opening. I hope everything is okay and it will help relieve skin irritation in the animal if needed.
