Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Everything works, USB to USB cable included, power supply not included. Battery compartment size D, energy consumption is unknown, there are regular power outages, I will monitor how long the batteries last. The speaker is very quiet and works through the app. For my cat, one serving is very small, so I give him three servings at a time.

Guys, this feeder is a success. Buy it if you can. For us who spend a lot of time away from home, it’s a lifesaver. My cat has adapted perfectly. I’ve already programmed the times and amounts, which makes me feel more at ease.

The food dispenser is great! our version is without a wifi connection. it is easy to program the feeding time and dose. the audio recording during feeding is also great. battery operation is very practical. because i often carry the dispenser around the house. the usb cable connection is very poorly placed. it is very impractical to have it tilted to the side. the whole device is wider because of this and needs more space.
