1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility & Exceptions
Eligible Items: Unopened pet supplies, unused lifestyle products, and items with original tags/seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at lihaibo069@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Effective for walking my two dogs, if you can increase the size according to your needs. The leash never gets tangled, making it very helpful. Each of them weighs between 21 and 24 kilos, so it withstands medium-sized dogs very well. I received two of these couplers for my two belgian malinois dogs. As i use a walker, i was looking for a solution to make our walks easier, and these have been a great help.
The couplers give my dogs more freedom to walk at their own pace. When they wander too far, the bungee gently pulls them back. This works great with my walker and creates new possibilities for me.
I’m currently using one full coupler on each dog to double the bungee’s resistance. This seems effective for my strong dogs.
A word of warning is needed: if a dog suddenly pulls hard, the bungee’s bounce is strong enough to propel me forward. This is an important consideration for anyone with mobility or balance issues.
Overall, i am very pleased with this purchase. They have significantly improved the quality of our walks.

I have 2 large, restless dogs, so I had to add 15 cm with a rope between the leash and the harness to make it longer because they get tangled when switching places. It would be nice if they added an option for a strap that measures 120cm. extended, in addition to the 70cm one.
