1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility & Exceptions
Eligible Items: Unopened pet supplies, unused lifestyle products, and items with original tags/seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

It worked excellent for both dogs and humans. Of course, if you can’t control your dog, forget it, but if you can keep it still despite the noise it makes, this tool is excellent. In 10 minutes, it cleaned 80% of a border collie’s mouth, and that was only 80% so as not to bother the dog. It doesn’t hurt, the tip gets hot, and it breaks the tartar very well. I also used another tip on myself to see if it hurt or how uncomfortable it was, so I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Really excellent. I contacted the seller because I didn’t understand how to use it. It vibrates on the surface of the teeth, releasing tartar. If you try it on your hand, it won’t vibrate, but it will on your pet’s teeth. It also comes with a dental mirror and two double-ended dental tools, a very small nut wrench specifically for the dental device. The charger cable comes with USB connectors and the machine has a Type-C port, in addition to the instructions in English, although they are not really easy to understand. I contacted the seller, who was very kind and responded quickly. With my dogs, I couldn’t really use the machine because they weren’t used to it and it bothered them a bit; however, the tools are of excellent quality and I was able to clean all their teeth. It arrived in approximately 20 days, very well packaged in a cardboard box over the box of the cleaner, which has a shape inside to accommodate all the tools, and a plastic box where everything is stored. I highly recommend it.
