Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at lihaibo069@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Realy cute hangers and they are very sturdy. They come with a thicker, bigger ring and a small one in case the bigger ring is too large. Very thoughtful. The print is scratch proof (yes, i tried). It’s black, which is not realy visible in the picture, where you can see better how it is engraved. I would recommend (in hindsight) to put two phone numbers on it and that your dog is chipped (if he is). They where send very fast, which surprised me for a custom made item. Seller realy listened to what i asked to put on both dog tags.

Good product, but I see in other reviews that the name engraving on the front is more pronounced and clear; unfortunately, on mine it’s not that pronounced, but the back part is very clear. Very fast delivery.
