Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at lihaibo069@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Excellent product, especially for the price. It’s nice and responsive, doesn’t get stuck, works well and is very durable. Even with dogs pulling on it, it doesn’t break.

Very well made solid product. The leash is a bit folded inside hoping it won’t affect use long term. My last one lasted 5 years in water and sea water conditions. I think the leash is also reflective. Very good product, $10 cheaper than amazon.

The product arrived very quickly, the plastic is very good and of high quality, and it looks nice. The only issue is that the outer packaging was damaged, but the product itself is fine. In my opinion, the top button has an uncomfortable design, but that depends on who has used the leash before; I think it’s a matter of habit. My previous one, from the brand Ogo, had a different button design and worked faster.
