Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

Everything works well. Signal levels and shock intensity are adjustable. I tested the shocker on myself at level 50. It feels quite strong. Haven’t used it on a dog yet. Need to train with sound first.

Great product, the dog didn’t love it but he obeys whenever i call him a few times. He uses the shock sparingly and learns very quickly. Used on a siberian husky.

All functions are very good. The electric shock feature is rarely used, and the vibration function alone is sufficient for recall, and both vibration and electric shock can be adjusted from 1 to 99 levels, allowing you to teach your child in a gentle way. In particular, the electric shock levels 1 to 10 are almost imperceptible, which i really like. Additionally, there is an electric shock lock switch that can prevent accidental shocks. Thanks to this, i can enjoy offlish more comfortably. (of course, only in places where no one is around.)

Woowww very good electronic collar!!! Highly recommend ! ! It has 3 options of vibriting between 1 to 99, electric shock between 1 to 99 and a bipper as well between 1 to 99. It comes in a box with manual, charging cable, 2 options of pins for short fair and long fair, plastic cups to cover the pins. It closes automatically after few minutes if you didn’t touch it, the remote is also great and fills nice to hold. It reaches the dog very far. Amazing! Really ! !

It works perfectly, i only use vibration, i’m finding the current and it’s going great for my dog, with just two uses it stops barking at other dogs.

I have many things to say about this. I couldn’t be more happier with this i paid 200$ for one and it wasn’t even half as good as this one for 30$. This one comes with many different prongs. It’s easy to use and is a c charger! Makes life so much easier not having all these different cords. Comes with extra collar also. Tester to make sure it’s working. Also i can take this apart and change the battery myself. I should of bought this years ago. But i thought oh no the ones at the pet store are better quality. Not true ! This one is amazing. My dog is over 100 lbs and the collar it comes with fits her. If u know how to use straps and buckles this will fit any size dog. I’m very happy with this purchase. If this only lasts a year i will gladly buy another one. My 200$ one from the pet store didnt even last a year. Great seller fast shipping!!! I highly recommend
