Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

I give it a 10 out of 10. My cat Mango goes crazy for it and entertains himself for hours, which saves me a lot of trouble when I’m busy.
The best part is that it charges via USB-C (a great feature of not having to use batteries) and you can attach it almost anywhere: tables, shelves, cabinets. It’s super versatile and seems durable. It makes some noise, about a 1 out of 10 when the rope goes up and down, but in the end it’s normal, it has a small motor. Personally, it doesn’t bother me. Highly recommended!

This toy is wonderful!!! its jigs the cat lure exactly how i would do it. also comes with a play break function so the toy can stop after certain time to give the cat a break. the lure (i think its a mice) is quite hardy.
