30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Silkhare. We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Eligibility & Exceptions
Eligible Items: Unopened pet supplies, unused lifestyle products, and items with original tags/seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.

Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
