Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Great balls. These are our second two as our scottie puppies chewed through the previous ones. They had the squeaker out of the blue ball in next to no time but the red one still squeaks – really loudly. If they destroy these i’ll definitely buy more as they have so much fun with them.

The quality is good, I bought a second one for my 6-month-old French bulldog, he really liked it. The squeaker has been working for a month now, but he hasn’t been able to chew the ball, although he destroys other toys in a few minutes. I bought a second one in case it gets lost, I recommend it.
