Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Woowww very good electronic collar!!! Highly recommend ! ! It has 3 options of vibriting between 1 to 99, electric shock between 1 to 99 and a bipper as well between 1 to 99.
It comes in a box with manual, charging cable, 2 options of pins for short fair and long fair, plastic cups to cover the pins. It closes automatically after few minutes if you didn’t touch it, the remote is also great and fills nice to hold. It reaches the dog very far. Amazing! Really ! !

I particularly appreciate the 2-part collar attachment system, a bit like a watch strap.
I have already had several necklaces with a part that forms a loop around the case, but this system is very fragile.
I also appreciate the ability to lock the electric pulse system. It can also be deactivated completely by replacing the metal tips with insulating rubber covers. I find the 2 types of metal tips a bit long. Even the shortest attachments seem too long for a small dog with short hair.
