Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This scoop is very functional but became mis-shapened during shipment. regardless, it still works as expected and has clear ml measurement markings on the front of the cup. this scoop size is perfect for measuring kibble for small animals. i would not recommend it for large animals since the scoop only measures up to 2.25” or around 6mm in both diameter and height. although it would be okay for measuring liquid supplements or medications for any animal. good purchase either way.
