Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Cute. I would definitely recommend it for small dogs (up to 8kg), but I don’t think it’s practical for large dogs because it would be too small. But for my Chihuahua, it’s definitely perfect because he doesn’t drink that much water. 😍

Absolutely brilliant invention, really neat ball shape,its also insulated to keep the water cool, my dog loves it as he likes drinking running water as its tipped up. when he’s finished any excess water is just returned back to the bottle and not wasted. the rubber folds back easy and dries very quickly. worth every penny, if you’ve got a dog you need one of these.
