Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

They do exactly what they should do. Although it’s a bit disappointing when you think you’re getting all of them only to find out you have to buy the 50g and 100g separately… but still good quality calibration weights none the less.

Ideal. These will go good with the 500g that came with the scale i had purchased. Only thing is that i wish the 20g was taller so it wasn’t so wide – that would have allowed me to store them all in the case of the scale. But i like them.
