Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.

Just as described, they are soft enough to be easily broken into smaller pieces. My cat couldn’t decide if he wanted to play with it like toy or actually eat it, so he just picked it up and ran away with it. Well, he’s having fun, so i still call it a successful purchase :d

I highly recommend this product as cats need rufage (plants, veggies), in their diets the same as humans and my cats love these, plus they are already prepared, prepackaged and readily available (or to order), in comparison to the amount of time it takes to grow more ‘cat grass’ once a cat has eaten the grass you’ve just grown. 😺
