Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This is a very fun squishy. but the only downside is it has a lot of air in it. you can take a needle to get the air out so not that bad.

Many reviews say it comes with a needle it doesn’t. and while i did know i was getting a crunchy bead squishy based off of the video and the pictures, i can see why it can be misleading since it says “sand” but overall while the smell is very chemically (hopefully it goes away with a few washes or just after a few days) i really enjoy the feel and sound it makes! and i love squishes that don’t rebound into their original shape, so i really enjoy that it stays whatever shape i’ve squeezed it into
