Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, used, or showing signs of pet wear/saliva (such as used oral care products or chewed toys) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
3. Return Shipping Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

I currently own a male shepsky dog who is now 6 years old. i’ve got him from a puppy the day he was able to be away from the mother. so over the past few years i have been trying to give him the best life and spoiled luxury that i can. in return he has become my best friend and feels like a son instead of a pet. so one thing is that he’s a very energetic and super smart dog. he really loves and enjoys the soft types of toys that have a squeaker inside. when i saw this particular one i thought that i have to get it for him just for the fact of how much energy that he really haves. the toy is really cool looking and once again he likes it.
