Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Silkhare will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and we will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or because your pet dislikes it, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It’s small but has power to file the dog’s nails, although if they are long it takes time. The little window is good for having the reference to set the nail. It makes a little noise, the one that makes the most noise is the second speed because considering the animals. Mine is shy and it can handle it.
